Resolutions were approved authorizing grant-funded contracts with OSHEAN, Inc. ($268,450 for fiber buildout and $70,670 for network redundancy hardware) and Starlit Solutions, Inc. ($197,092) for municipal cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, as well as an ARPA-funded contract with M.E. O'Brien and Sons for playground upgrades at Glenlyon Park and Lyle Bourne Park.
